The IECER Community includes faculty, staff, undergraduate and graduate students in the Faculty of Education, together with early childhood educators, teachers, and others who share a common interest in early childhood education and research.

Leadership in IECER is provided through a team of professionals, including the Director, Dr. Marilyn Chapman; Program Coordinators, Iris Berger, Mari Pighini, and Jodi Streelasky; and members of two advisory committees, the IECER Advisory Committee, and the IDSC Community Advisory.
