We are excited to invite you to our upcoming workshop series: Foundations of Indigenous-Specific Anti-Racism in Early Childhood Education, hosted by UBC Faculty of Education’s Early Childhood Education and the BRAID Network.
This online, four-part series will support early childhood educators in developing a critical understanding of how Indigenous-specific racism, colonialism, and whiteness impact the early learning environment. Each session will support Indigenous anti-racism knowledge, skills, and competencies through engaging with critical theory, dialogue, and ongoing self-reflection.
