About Us

To foster excellence and collaboration for those interested in research related to children, including young children and childhoods, the Centre for Early Childhood Education and Research (CECER) in the Faculty of Education was established. The Centre is an interdisciplinary unit focused on fostering opportunities for faculty, students and visiting scholars from across the campus to present and learn from research.

Our Mission

The Centre for Early Childhood Education and Research is dedicated to cultivating opportunities to discuss and cultivate research within the Faculty of Education and across the University. We strive to advance knowledge critical to scholarship, policy and practice in early learning settings and beyond.
