Request for ECEBC Bursary Letter of Enrolment

Students in an approved BC ECE Basic Certificate program may apply for funding each term through the ECE Education Support Fund Bursary (www.ecebc.ca/bursaries-grants/ece-education-support-fund).

ECEBC requires a copy of your course schedule detailing each course, including course number, course name, start date, and end date. As UBC's Workday system doesn't offer a version of the course schedule that meets this requirement, the UBC ECE program office can provide a letter confirming your course enrolment with the necessary details.

To request a letter of enrolment for your Bursary application, please complete the information below.

Note: For requests received by Monday, June 9, 2025, letters will go out by Friday, June 13, 2025.

For requests received after June 9, we will process requests as quickly as possibly, but cannot guarantee receipt by the start of submissions on June 16th.
