Traci Baillie

Traci Baillie has had the adventure of a lifetime. Since she was five years old, she has always being connected to educational institutions. Her professional journey has taken her to various corners of the globe, including Canada, Mexico, Australia, the West Indies, Brazil, and Bermuda.

Traci has held a diverse range of roles, from serving as an educational consultant, principal, and JK-12 teacher to contributing as a curriculum developer, teacher mentor & trainer, ECE program manager, and parent educator, and working with BC school inspections. Traci has also been an instructor and Faculty Advisor with UBC for over 15 years, specializing in helping teachers understand the needs of their early years students and families, and how to meet them in a variety of diverse ways.

Traci’s academic credentials include both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Manitoba, and has further expanded her knowledge through coursework completed at various universities. She is a mother of two children, both proudly attending BC universities.
