Master of Education (MEd) – On Campus
This is my first year receiving education in a Western country. My experience studying at UBC has given me a different perspective on the world, making me more diverse and inclusive. I spent all four years of my university life with young children, which I consider a very wonderful time, and I wish to do more for them. Additionally, during my volunteer activities, I encountered many special children, and seeking a fair educational environment for them is something I am eager to pursue.
The MEd in ECED program serves as an excellent bridge to help me understand the common challenges faced by young children worldwide, allowing me to examine my education from multiple perspectives and critically question it. My commitment to continuing my studies in the field of early childhood education is not only because I love this group but also because I understand that early childhood can shape a person’s entire life. As educators, we have the duty and responsibility to help build a freer, fairer, and warmer society. This is not just an educational act but also one of the ways we give back to society.
I eagerly anticipate the new surprises and insights that UBC will bring me in the upcoming stages of my studies.
