Beginning in September, adult learners who are Deaf or hard of hearing can enroll in a B.C. early childhood education basic certificate program that has been adapted to meet their learning needs. It’s the first program of its kind in Canada.

Dr. Haseyama received his PhD from Simon Fraser University in Languages, Cultures & Literacies (Education) and his Master’s degree in Teaching English to Young Learners from the University of York, UK.
